44/365: Odd Bear Out

Odd Bear Out

Even though they were all a bunch of drunks falling over each other, all Alex could think about was how much he wanted to be part of their crowd.

Inspiration for this photo comes from John Carleton, Kristen Thiele, and Pilgrim/Heretic, who unwittingly started with me. Also, Overread and I are clearly on the same wavelength this week.

Poor litte bear. I think it's hard to be green. Snobs just look down their noses at you.

Oh, do continue the narrative!

(Meanwhile, the superior gummi worms are off cooperating on their project of achieving world peace and harmony.)

Actually, these photos were harder to take than I'd expected, so I'm not sure I can devote time to this project and 365 at the same time! But it's a fun idea--maybe over the summer?

But for your viewing pleasure, there's already one more at Flickr.

Ok, I don't know a lot about gummy bears, so please forgive the ignorance, but the yellow bear, the one that looks like it's about to get spanked . . . well, does spanking yellows happen in the world of gummy bears?

Oh, it's not getting spanking, it's just fallen flat on its face from being so drunk. The others are laughing hard, but they're trying not to fall over too.
