37/365: Shower Curtain

Shower Curtain

The light in my bathroom is truly awful, so I had to make this black & white. But that's OK, because the shower curtain is white with silver swirls. I don't know if you can tell from this photo, but the swirls are made of silver glitter glue.

This meme is well timed, as it is arctic outside.

Glitter glue? On a shower curtain? Doesn't it wash off?

Oh no, that stuff is solid...(it may be paint rather than glue)

Your comment above answers my question, but I was gonna ask whether you made the curtain yourself. It's a cool idea.

Man, do you really think I could make such regular spirals? I don't think have the artistic ability to make this shower curtain.

As I recall, my grad school roommate and I bought it in Target in 2001 or 2002.

Very cool! I've never seen a shower curtain with glitter. :-) What is that black thing on the edge of the sink? A toothbrush holder? (That's cool, too.)

Oh, and I appreciate what Jo(e) said in comments on another's blog. I am really liking seeing everyone's shower curtain. ;-)
