I'm not sure I even understand what a "2 bedroom chalet" could possibly mean.

Maybe there are swiss / french / austrian / german paintings on the walls? But on the other hand, to live above a magazine store . . . might be cool.
i'm not sure what that means...i'm also reasonably sure that I'm not looking at a chalet here.
