We substituted almonds for walnuts and applesauce for butter, but they're still pretty tasty!

Those look scrumptious. I love cranberry anything. Care to share a recipe? Or is it a trade secret?
Oh the blue underneath is so pretty. You know, I never usually like blue next to food (yeah, I know I just painted a table for eating blue....) BUT, your photos of blue dishes and now the blue under thse muffins is changing my opinion on that topic. Really gorgeous.

not sure if the blue was intentional or not but it works so well in this shot!
It was intentional--the pine table alone looked very bland underneath the muffins so I pulled the placemat underneath.
