When I was taking this, I didn't even realize what she was doing. She appears to be taking a picture of her own hand. How odd.

It is odd - the camera seems to point the wrong way...
lol yeah that's a lil odd, she's probably doing a photoblog too! lol You always take the BEST pics of random people. Do they know you're shooting them? Keep it up I like it!
It kind of looks like Super G's phone, which has the camera lens on the back, so maybe hers is like that too.
These people definitely don't know that I'm shooting them (except when they catch me, but then I quickly try to look like I'm pointing at something else.)
I find it odd that you find it odd. You're in the midst of keeping a photographic record of each day in your life for a year, yet you find it odd that this girl's taking a picture of her hand. I just posted a close up photo of my right eye, though, so who'm I to judge?
It's not that I think that taking a picture of one's hand is odd--it's more the setting. She's taking the picture with her cameraphone, in the middle of the park. What's she going to do with it? Send it to her boyfriend? Maybe there's an engagement ring on her finger (but isn't it the wrong hand?)
I think the oddness of this discussion of the oddness or lack thereof is...
Strange.
I like the idea that she's keeping a photoblog, too, and there was nothing more interesting that day than her very own hand. :-)
