228/365: 4lbs of tomatoes
The farmer did warn us in the CSA newsletter that we'd be getting more tomatoes than we would know what to do with, and indeed, today each member was alloted 4lbs of heirloom tomatoes. Mmmm! Tuna panzanella! Fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato salad!
